A leading manufacturer and distributor of natural health products, vitamins, supplements, and herbal remedies is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team.

Requirements:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & French

Qualifications:

1 - 3 years of previous customer service experience
Knowledge of the natural health products industry an asset
Excellent telephone manner
Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills
