In this position, you will provide customer service to mobile community users from around the world and monitor the community, keeping it safe and appealing for every customer. You are an early adopter of new wireless device technology. As an avid online community member, you are familiar with the norms and etiquette necessary to ensure a positive online experience. Your love for chat is further enhanced by your work experience. You have worked in a customer driven environment, providing some type of online or phone tech support where you have had to deal with a wide variety of viewpoints and perceptions. Your coworkers say that you are patient, perceptive, and detail-oriented and have a calming way about you. You have demonstrated your proficiency with desktop applications and consider yourself to be somewhat of a techie. You have excellent communications skills and you are fluent in either Portuguese or Greek. Requirements:
Advanced oral and written communication skills in English
Fluent in either Portuguese or Greek
